Suitable for 58mm portafilters across brands when the screen sits flat inside the basket with enough clearance above the coffee. Basket shape and dose affect fit, so leave headspace and never force the handle into place. This 58mm version is not for Breville’s smaller 54mm Barista, Infuser or Bambino baskets. This is a compatible accessory, not a Breville-branded product.
🔧 Puck screens and solenoid cleanliness
A puck screen helps keep loose grounds away from the shower screen. It is a useful addition to regular cleaning, but it cannot guarantee that coffee residue will never reach the solenoid or prevent every blockage. It will not repair a buzzing or faulty valve.

🫧 How to use and clean
- Grind, distribute and tamp your coffee as usual.
- Place the puck screen flat on top of the tamped coffee. On Oracle models, add it after the automatic grinding and tamping step.
- Check that the portafilter locks in without resistance from the screen. Reduce the dose if more headspace is needed.
- Brew, then let the screen cool before removing it. Rinse thoroughly and remove trapped coffee residue before the next shot.
