Breville part reference: SP0001762 (also replaces SP0014241).
What it does
The cleaning disc blocks normal flow through the basket during the automatic cleaning cycle, directing water and cleaner back through the group head and three-way solenoid system. Regular cleaning helps remove accumulated coffee oils and residue from the shower screen, group head and internal exhaust path.
How to use
- Place the 58mm cleaning disc into the appropriate filter basket.
- Add one suitable espresso-machine cleaning tablet as directed by your machine’s manual.
- Lock the portafilter into the group head and start the machine’s cleaning cycle.
- When finished, remove the disc and rinse the basket and portafilter thoroughly.
Important: This is the larger 58mm disc for compatible Breville 900-series machines. It does not fit 54mm Bambino, Barista, Infuser or Duo-Temp models.
