Live outside Perth? You can post your coffee machine to us for repair from anywhere in Western Australia.
We regularly repair Breville, DeLonghi, Nespresso and other home coffee machines for customers across WA. If getting to the workshop is not practical, pack it safely, send it in, and we will take care of the repair.
We may not be around the corner, but we’re country raised — so you’ll feel like you’re calling your local repairer.
There is no inspection fee. We will assess the machine, carry out the repair work required, test it properly, and organise its return once it is ready.
Posting your coffee machine is simple
1. Contact us first
Before sending it, contact Matt with the make, model and fault. A quick description such as “leaking from the base”, “no steam” or “grounds too fine” helps us prepare for the repair.
2. Pack the machine securely
You do not need to make this complicated. Just follow these few steps:
- Empty the water tank and allow the machine to dry.
- Remove loose parts such as the drip tray, water tank, bean hopper, portafilter, milk jug and any accessories.
- Use a strong box with padding around every side of the machine so it cannot move in transit.
- Put your name, phone number, return address, machine model and a short description of the fault inside the box.
- Send it with tracking and keep the tracking number until it arrives.
If the fault relates to a removable part, let us know first so we can tell you whether to include it.
3. We repair, test and return it
Once it arrives, we assess the fault and complete the repair. Every machine is tested before it leaves the workshop. When it is ready, we will contact you and arrange its return.
