Description

54mm replacement group-head seal for Breville Barista, Bambino and selected 54mm espresso machines.

If water is leaking around the portafilter while brewing, a worn group seal is one of the most common causes. Replacing it restores a snug seal between the portafilter and group head.

🧩 Compatibility

Suits BES450, BES500, BES860, BES870, BES880 and BES881.

⚙️ When to replace the group seal

  • Water leaks around the portafilter while brewing.
  • The portafilter is difficult to lock into the group head.
  • You are completing routine maintenance or replacing related group-head parts.

🔧 Helpful maintenance item

For cleaning the group head during regular maintenance, use a 54mm Breville Cleaning Disc.
